I just moved out here, and needed some new tires and a little work done to my car. I am ALWAYS apprehensive about going to someone, because once you have a problem they always find something I didn't even know was wrong and charge a butt load for everything. Not These Guys and Gal. I even missed my appointment and they didn't charge me extra. I keep going back to these guys as they have some of these best rates in town and plus, why not keep the money local?

I recently had them change the starter contacts in my Subaru after a harsh winter. I scheduled with them to have it done by noon so that I could pick the car up on my lunch break and was told it would be done. INSTEAD, the mechanics decided to go to lunch halfway through servicing my vehicle. This made me unhappy because it meant I had to ride my bike, with no headlight (because I expected it by noon), to get my car after midnight when I got off work. Maybe this was a communication issue internally, but I'm happy with the work they did, my car starts without fail even with the key-less start and the price was fair for service at ten dollars less per hour than their neighbouring service station.

I've used Kelly Brother's a few times now and they have been easy to work with, fairly priced, and they stand behind their work.
